News from America from the The Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology (Harvard) from a survey of habits and diets of nearly 50,000
people. Those who drank more than three cups of milk a day were
more vulnerable to an acne outbreak.
Other research have also proved that it is the effect of
milk on hormones that shoot up the level of acne. You may consider
replacing this lactose intollerance with other forms of milk, such as soy milk or plant juices.
