Came across MyShape.Com this week, an American website for clothes that fit the shape of YOUR body:

The idea germinated in response to a problem shared by women of all ages and sizes: finding clothes that both fit well and flatter our body shapes. We all deserve great clothing in wonderful, exquisite textiles and designs that celebrate our body shapes.

You can create your own shop (on their site) based on the shape of your body, to buy clothes that best fit you. Based in the UK we haven’t tried it yet, but looks like a good idea.
